I don’t think of JTT so much as a partnership but more like an extension of my IT department.  I think of them as part of my company. Our experience with JTT has been awesome.

Whether it is a big issue or a little issue, JTT is very responsive to our needs.  During Hurricane Sally, they had everything backed up and prepared for us from an IT standpoint so that we were ready.  Without JTT, I would have been up for over 48 hours trying to make those preparations.  JTT worked through the night so I could go home and get some sleep. I would absolutely recommend JTT to other businesses.
